“Traveler's Coffee” was founded in 1997 by American entrepreneur Christopher Tara-Browne in Novosibirsk with a dream of making coffee a popular beverage in Siberia. Today it's a large international chain of coffee houses with a growing presence in Russia as well as other countries. The name reflects the concept of the company, which brings green coffee beans from many countries all over the world. “Traveler's Coffee” became the first coffee chain in Russia to roast specialty coffee beans using the latest technology. “Traveler's Coffee” employs unique professionals, who create contemporary taste of coffee.
Career
Traveler's Coffee” opened its first espresso bar in Novosibirsk in 2000, and two years after that we opened our first coffee house. By the end of 2011 “Traveler's Coffee” had opened 48 coffee houses and plans to open several dozens more in 2012. In the very near future we will need many Managing Directors, Shift Managers, hundreds of Senior Waiters, Cooks, and, of course Baristas. Therefore, when we talk about career opportunities, we actually mean it.
Development
A career is not possible without personal development. As we grow geographically, we always need employees, who want to grow along with us. Starting in the positions of senior waiter, senior cook and senior barista, you could become a part of our regional development team and participate in the opening of new coffee shops in other localities.
Training
We offer professional training to each new employee of our company. At “Traveler's Coffee”, we pay a special attention to the quality of coffee, and it's not possible to make a great coffee without highly skilled baristas. This is why we run a unique barista school, and also provide training to other employees.
