International coffee market is dominated by green coffee beans because of their long shelf life in contrast to roasted and ground coffee.
With this in mind, in 2002, the Company in collaboration with international coffee roast professionals launched own roasting production in Novosibirsk.
The production equipment includes two roasting machines with the capacity of up to 2.8 tons of coffee a day.
After putting the roasting line into operation, Traveler’s Coffee cafes use only freshly roasted organic coffee. The roasted specialty coffee is also supplied to other large catering chains and offices of large companies.
