In autumn 2008, the Company started a pastry production. Investments into the project amounted to about $400 thousand. The pastry department produces and supplies pastry to proprietary coffee houses and TC franchises and sells the pastry products through retail outlets, primarily supermarkets.
All the products have been certified. The pastry operation capacity is bout 8 tons per month (6 tons of cheesecakes, cakes and cookies). The decision to have own pastry operation aimed to ensure that the chain’s cafes in other cities are supplied with the products of equal quality.
